Where can I drop off donated equipment?For drop-offs the address is: Storage-Mart 1776 O’Connor Drive Toronto, ON M4A 1W8 Here are the location's hours: https://www.storage-mart.com/toronto/oconnor-drive Mon-Fri: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Sat: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sun: Closed If the front-desk attendant is unfamiliar with the Second Kicks arrangement, please ask them to leave your donation in unit 2568. There won't be a Second Kicks associate on premises as we rely on the storage company representatives so please thank them on our behalf!

I cannot drop off equipment in Toronto. Can I mail you the donation?Yes! Please email us and we will provide you with the shipping address in Toronto. We will then drop off the donation at our storage unit. I have a large donation. Do you offer pick up?Yes! We will be happy to work with you to see if we can arrange a pick up within the Greater Toronto Area. Please email us at info@secondkicks.ca and include approximate quantity and type of equipment.

What is the application process? When should I expect to hear back?Please submit your application for equipment using the following link: https://www.secondkicks.ca/apply Please trust we review all applications. We usually review applications on a monthly basis during our board meetings.

How do you make your decision? What casuses do you prioritize?We priortize donations within Canada. We then favour providing donations to Canadians traveling abroad who can hand-deliver donations. The biggest obstacle to donating internationally is the expensive shipping fees followed by customs duties. We have a limited budget and have to be mindful of costs.
