A big thank you to all our volunteers for helping Second Kicks sort and box over 200 teams plus 14 boxes of cleats. Below are the details. An amazing feat in just under 4 hours!
The volunteers, supported by Second Kick's board, all worked extremely hard and we can’t thank them enough for giving up part of their weekend for a good cause.
Second Kicks supports less advantaged schools and soccer teams in Canada and around the world with a love for soccer by outfitting them with uniforms, balls and other equipment. We’ll be coordinating the distribution of these uniforms in coming months with the current planned destinations being several countries in Africa, India and Nepal in addition to some local groups in the GTA.
