Second Kicks would like to thank Austin Hunt, a 14 year old young man from Elmira, Ontario, who launched an initiative to collect used soccer uniform and equipment and donate to Second Kicks.
Austin reached out to friends and family including his soccer club, The Red Academy of Soccer, and was very successful in collecting 60 pairs of boots, 196 jerseys and a variety of other soccer related gear. Austin also raised over $200 in cash donations.
Austin would like to thank the Directors/Coaches Peter and Stuart Mackie from the Red Academy who were big supporters of Austin’s effort.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Second Kicks, we are incredibly grateful to Austin for his time and commitment to Second Kicks which will ultimately benefit other soccer loving youth around the world.
