At Second Kicks, we believe that everyone should have access to sports equipment and uniforms. As a non-profit charitable sports organization, our mission is to collect and distribute used soccer uniforms and equipment to disadvantaged communities in Canada and around the world. We are passionate about providing the tools people need to stay active, healthy, and engaged in sports.
The Donation:
Recently, we had the opportunity to make a generous donation to Thorncliffe Park Public School in Toronto, Canada. We provided the school with 50 soccer balls, 14 sets (15 uniforms each). For many students at the school, this donation means the opportunity to participate in sports and physical activities they may not have had access to before.
The Impact:
We believe that sports and physical activity are essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and fostering personal development. That's why we are proud to support Thorncliffe Park Public School and promote a healthy, active lifestyle among its students. Studies have shown that physical activity can improve academic performance, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote better overall mental health. By providing the school with the equipment they need to participate in sports, we hope to inspire students to work towards a better future.
